Studentsamskipnaden i Nordland
Studentsamskipnaden i Bodø og Studentsamskipnaden i Narvik er fra 1. januar 2013 fusjonert til Studentsamskipnaden i Nordland (Studentinord). Studentinord har virksomhet i Bodø og Narvik og driver en rekke velferdstilbud for studentene ved Universitetet i Nordland, Høgskolen i Narvik og Politihøgskolen avd. Bodø. Tilbudene omfatter bl.a. utleie av boliger, kantiner, barnehager, treningssenter og sosialfaglig rådgivningstjeneste. Studentinord står for drift av kantina i Campus Helgeland.

Rana studentforening
Rana studentforening er etablert for studenter lokalisert i Rana, nærmere bestemt Campus Helgeland. De arbeider for studentenes velferd, studentpolitiske saker og arrangerer en rekke aktiviteter og arrangementer. Rana kommunale studentråd (RKS)
RKS er et hørings- og rådgivende organ for formannskapet og kommunestyret i Rana.
Rådet har som overordnet mål å bidra til å utvikle Mo i Rana som studentby. Dette skal gjøres ved å utvikle ulike velferdstilbud for studentene og ved å øke forståelsen for høgskoleutdanning blant næringsliv og i politisk miljø i kommunen.
